The cleaning process of the Q69 series roller pass-through shot blasting cleaning machine is to send the steel structure or steel into the blasting area of the cleaning machine chamber by the adjustable speed conveyor roller, and all sides of its body are hit by powerful and dense projectiles from different coordinate directions. The oxide skin, rust layer and dirt on it will fall off quickly, and the steel surface will obtain a smooth surface with a certain roughness. The workpiece is loaded and unloaded on both sides of the entrance and exit roller table outside the cleaning room. The projectiles and rust dust falling on the steel are purged by the purging device, and the mixture of shot and dust falling down is conveyed to the chamber funnel by the recovery screw, and the vertical and horizontal screw conveyors are collected at the lower part of the elevator, and then lifted to the upper part of the machine for separation. In the separator, the separated pure projectiles fall into the hopper of the separator for shot blasting recycling. The dust generated during shot blasting is sent to the dust removal system by the exhaust pipe, and the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere, and the granular dust is captured and collected.
